It's been a while.

I've been wanting to blog for a while now, but I've refrained because I feel a bit conflicted about it.  I've contemplated making my blog private and using it as a journal just for myself but obviously I haven't taken that step.  I don't really like how anyone can come to this space and peek into my life.  I'm not an overly private person, but there are things that I want to write about....for myself, that I don't necessarily want anyone with internet connection to be a part of.  There isn't a way to make some blogs private and some of them public so for now I'm just stuck with making the choice to either bare all, or retreat and privatize.  There's always the option of just posting pictures and not writing anything of importance, but I don't know if that is something I want.  Some things to ponder.

Things are going well in our neck of the woods.  The seasons have changed & we've been spending a majority of our time outdoors with our hands in soil.  Everyone is growing well and being amazing.  We've had some good things happening financially.  We have some major plans for this summer.....we will be BUSY!  There will be big changes taking place at the end of the summer.  We have been traumatizing our children by removing all processed sugar and electronics from their lives, both good things.  I've been reading up a storm....currently on # 30 of my 75 book goal.  My birthday is next weekend, 32 here I come.  I'm really, really happy right now!  Life is rich and beautiful and exhausting and sometimes painful, but it is oh-so-very-good.

Some photographic evidence:
