finger foods

Charlotte is learning how to feed herself. Everyday she gets better at picking up small foods and day by day more and more of it actually makes it into her mouth! We are at the point where she likes feeding herself more than she likes eating.....because she doesn't want me to feed her anymore. She won't let me spoon feed her until she has spent a generous amount of time feeding herself. She is such a stubborn girl.....she is her Mama's daughter! lol It's so amazing to watch a baby go from being completely helpless to being able to feed herself. So far we have done very small bits of carrots and puffs. She LOVES her some puffs. She gets mad when she eats them all and then I don't give her more. Sillygirl. She is also learning how to drink from a sippy cup although more liquid runs down her chin than down her throat!! But she has figured how to suck from a spout and she really enjoys doing it.....should be a smoothe transition.

I love baby pictures when there is food involved. It's just so messy and adorable. I might have gone a little over board, but I just couldn't limit myself to a few shots when there were so many fantastic ones!! And this is not even 1/4 of the total shots I took. Thank God for digital!!
