Dan has a shoe vendor that comes to his work about every 6 months and he is allowed to get a new pair of work shoes. Usually steel toed boots or lace ups like doc martins etc. Well about a year ago he got a pair of brown boots and I've been wanting some just like them ever since. Yesterday was shoe truck day (they come on a truck) and Dan got me my very own brown leather, steel toed, Wolverine boots!! I feel like a tough guy wearing them! They need to be worked in like any good pair of boots do but they are sturdy and going to last me pretty close to forever. Dan stomped on my toes last night and I could barely feel anything. Nice. So now we have matching boots.....but don't worry, we're not that couple! lol No matching shirts or jackets or anything else.....just boots.
