Our chicks are trying to escape and take over the house!! Yesterday only one could get out and Dan put a towel over 3/4 of their bin to keep her from flying out......apparently that didn't work, and she has recruited her pals into the escape plan. We are planning on putting chicken wire across the top of the bin, Dan just didn't have time yesterday. We also got a MUCH bigger crate to put them in from the habitat re-store but it needs chicken wire put all around it and it has some nails in it that need removed. Once we get the big crate fixed up the chicks will have more than enough space and hopefully won't try and escape. Who knew chicks were so mischievous?!?!
