Something to talk about

I've been wanting to blog for the last couple of days, but I seriously have nothing interesting to write about! I haven't been taking many pictures. My house is a mess.....still. I'm still sick. I finally started my Christmas crafting and it's going okay.....one success, one failure, but I'm gonna take another stab at my failure. Henry is still healing, but he got a little carried away over a cat yesterday and hurt his leg so his limp is worse, and he doesn't have any more pain meds. Dan is coming up on finals and has been writing papers and taking tests like crazy. I went grocery shopping yesterday and I have a happy fridge. I ran out of books to read and the library was closed by the time I got over there tonight so I had to buy a book. Dan and I stayed up WAY too late last night and were totally draggin' today. I have all of my Christmas shopping done minus things for Dan's stocking. Only 59 days until we are in the Dominican Republic! Charlotte discovered the joy of our trampoline and watching her jump on it and yell, "I'm jumping Mama, I'm jumping," is seriously one of the cutest things ever! I think we're gonna get our Christmas tree on Tuesday, but I'm really not feeling it this year.....I want to be all full of Christmas spirit, I just can't seem to get into it. I think on Dan's next day off I'm going to make a pumpkin curry....I have 6 pumpkins that I need to figure out what to do with. I have a lot of felt and hand sewing in my future. My brother and his wife are going to have a baby any day now! I am truly addicted to etsy.com but not necessarily for shopping.....I like getting ideas there. Maddie is not into baby dolls, or playing Mommy but today at the park she nurtured and loved on two worms that we found.....it was pretty gross but also endearing. I think we might go to the museum tomorrow. I'm gonna go get ready for bed and read my new book. Have a great weekend!

Random pictures for a random blog.
Maddie and Charlotte playing on the top bunk!

Notice the snot in Charlotte's nose? Lovely.

Standing up on the top bunk is a no-no. If Daddy was there he would have made them get down. Mama on the other hand just snaps pictures and tells them to be careful! :)
